Provision of consultancy services in the areas of security, business continuity and data protection for the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators
The Agency intends to enter into 1 or more framework contracts (hereinafter referred to as the ‘FWC’) according to which the contractor(s) shall provide the Agency with highly qualified external expertise to ensure that all required aspects and impacts, in the areas of physical and information security, business continuity and privacy and personal data protection, and arising from the applicable relevant legal framework will be properly assessed and implemented.
