The contract is open to civil works contractors (companies registered for execution of civil works) in the form of a single tenderer, joint venture or consortium from any country which meet the qualification criteria.

Average annual turnover (defined as billing for work in progress and completed) as the contractor of civil works in the amount of EUR 10 million in the last three (3) years.

Tehnične in strokovne sposobnosti:
The tenderer shall be able to prove successful experience of at least two completed contracts for comparable civil works within the last 3 years (January 2011 - August 2014) valued at a minimum EUR 3 million each, i.e. the minimum total amount of EUR 6 million.
